Undrenia Burnside is a business professional by day, an aspiring life coach in her spare time, and an avid lifelong learner. She is committed to continuous improvement in all aspects of life.
Undrenia is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as to showing up authentically in all spaces and places. Undrenia believes that everyone should be empowered to realize their greatest potential - based on their desires, not despite their demographics. Having successfully overcome barriers as a Black woman, single mother, and daughter of parents who were incarcerated during her formative years, Undrenia promotes the elevation of minorities, most especially women and children who are marginalized by systemic and systematic racism.
Undrenia believes in building trusting relationships that are mutually rewarding. She has mentored young women and served as a volunteer yoga teacher for incarcerated youth.
Undrenia has an Executive M.B.A. from Kennesaw State University/Coles College of Business and is pursuing a second master’s in Leadership and Organization Development at the University of Texas at Dallas. She is a certified Jungian Life Coach.
Undrenia is a devoted mother and grandmother. She enjoys spending time reflecting, meditating, practicing yoga, reading, giving back, and learning about the human condition.
